Nichell Choukair is the Founder and Principal of Christian Howell LLC, an independent talent acquisition and consulting practice she has built since 2014, specializing in executive search, RPO, technical recruiting, and government contracting advisory. With over 15 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Fortune 500 and Big 4 firms, including IBM, Deloitte, PwC, and Accenture, Nichell brings a strategic, data-informed approach to identifying and securing the leaders who move organizations forward. Her experience spans high-volume enterprise engagements as well as niche executive search, giving her the range to solve both scale and precision hiring challenges.
